Today we left Santa Cruz at 6am to motor to Isabella Island. We were greeted by a turtle and friendly sea lions wanting to play.
On our short exploration by dinghy of this delightful anchorage we discovered a penguin rookery, 7 cow nosed rays swimming in formation, and a small white tip shark. There are 3 other yachts here and everyone is very friendly.
A diver pulled along side this afternoon and sold us 3 lobsters @ $3 each. Needless to say we have had a wonderful dinner.
We are now watching sea lions fish and do gymnastics at the stern of the boat in the light on the radar. Hard to want to go to bed when there is such a show.
